In short a big turbo, solid tune, and preferrably a built motor lol. That's one of, if not the only, 9 second pump gas Evo's but there are several that are deep into the 10s and have the power for 9s just need a better driver. As long as the tune is good then driveability doesn't really suffer as long as you don't mind more turbo lag than stock. If you want to know more PM me or read up on evolutionm.net.

I believe it is, that Underground Racing is based out of NC and I've saw either the owner of the car of someone from Underground post before on supraforums.
